SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – February 27, 2026 – Aven Hospitality, an independent global technology and SaaS leader in the hospitality industry, today announced two new multi-year agreements with the Sani/Ikos Group and Sts. Constantine and Helena Holding, powering their digital transformation and commercial evolution.

Hotels worldwide trust Aven Hospitality for its proven expertise, scalable technology, and global connectivity. The SynXis® platform manages hotel information across hundreds of integrations, maintaining accuracy and consistency wherever travelers discover, compare, or book.

Together, these agreements support more efficient operations, strengthen direct distribution, unlock new revenue opportunities, and advance digital transformation across multi-property portfolios.

Accelerating luxury resort commerce for Sani/Ikos Group

Aven Hospitality has entered a multi-year agreement with Sani/Ikos group, an innovative and fast-growing operator of award-winning luxury beachfront resorts across Greece and Spain. The group, which manages more than 5,000 rooms and suites across 17 distinctive properties, has selected Aven Hospitality’s full SynXis Central Reservation System (CRS) including Booking Engine with Retailing capabilities, OTA and GDS Distribution, and Voice Agent.

By implementing SynXis, Sani/Ikos group will consolidate multi-property bookings, centralize operations at the chain level, and strengthen direct distribution while expanding global reach.

Pedro Barranco Gonzalez, Group Director of Revenue Management of Sani/Ikos Group, comments, "SynXis establishes a unified distribution foundation across our resorts. It strengthens how we manage demand and deliver a consistently elevated guest experience. This partnership supports our long-term strategy to scale with precision while preserving the standards that define Sani/Ikos."

The platform also enables new revenue opportunities through advanced retailing capabilities, supporting the group’s transition to a dynamic, digitally driven commerce model.

Aven enters into Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast with Sts. Constantine and Helena

Aven Hospitality also announced a new multi-year partnership with Sts. Constantine and Helena Holding, one of Bulgaria’s largest hospitality and resort operators.

The holding manages seven properties with more than 1,000 rooms across three- to five-star hotels along Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast. Sts. Constantine and Helena Holding will implement SynXis CRS including Booking Engine with Retailing capabilities, along with Digital Marketing, and Gift Card solutions. The platform will streamline reservations across its portfolio of properties, enhance visibility in international channels, and unlock new direct revenue opportunities.

Lyubomir Stamboliyski, Commercial Director of Sts. Constantine and Helena Holding, notes, "Aven's SynXis platform strengthens how we manage our portfolio by creating a more connected environment, supporting smaller commercial decisions. It improves how we engage with guests and enhances our ability to compete across international markets."

This partnership marks Aven Hospitality's extended footprint into the Balkan peninsula, reinforcing its commitment to supporting regional hospitality leaders across South Eastern Europe.
